5. Aims of lesson

·        Explanation of the types of influence of AIDS and HIV

·        Explanation of the ways of infection

·        Explanation of safe behaviour

·        Explanation of the ways of protection from infection

·        formation of habits of protecting one’s own and other people’s health

·        accepting infected and ill people

·        safe ways of communication with infected and ill people

6.      Plan of the lesson

6.1)                      The theme of the lesson is announced and the rules of the work are introduced

·        students listen to each other

·        no remarks about opinions

·        no offence

·        respecting the dignity of other people

6.2)                      Drawing closer games and presentation- 5 min

• All contestants line up in a  circle and get a number from 1 to 5.When a command is given contestants having  the same number go to the opposite side with close eyes.

• Game of associations: The spokesperson say a word and points next contestant who must say the word which first come to his/her mind and to choose the next one.

• 

6.3)                      Lectures about HIV and AIDS-5 min

6.4)                      Dividing into small groups – 4-6 min

Among ten of the students who want to be leaders there is a game of trust. Each gets an envelope and other students write on a sheet of paper a mark for each leader. All marks of each leaders summed and the first five candidates who get most points become leaders. Each leader choose his/her group. The small group is a team and choose the name of the group.

6.5)                      Quiz -10 min

Before the beginning of the quiz the rules are set.

·        each team signals when is ready to answer

·        answer the 1^st signaled team

·        ach correct answer gives 1 point of the team

·        each wrong answer gives no points and the right to answer is to the next signaled team.

·        team which answers without a signal gets / -1 / point. The points of each team are written in Excel and students can see them .Winners get presents / calendars about ANTI-AIDS campaign/

6.6)                      Each student gets a condom and a brochure-1 min

6.7)                      A contest among groups for the fastest putting condom on banana-2 min

6.8)                      A movie “You are it”- 15 min
